Türkiye Bursları takes more Pakistani students each year than almost any other government programme, and it is one of the few that asks for no IELTS and no prior admission letter. The catch is scale: roughly 5,000 awards against a reported 250,000 applicants, so the interview is where it is won.

One free application on the TBBS portal covers both the scholarship and university placement, so you do not need an admission offer first. You rank up to 12 programme choices and YTB places you. Shortlisted applicants are interviewed.
