RU marks to a fixed table. A+ needs 80% and above, and that threshold does not move with the strength of your cohort. There is no real ambiguity here, which is why a generic calculator getting RU wrong is hard to excuse. The university sits in Rajshahi and dates to 1953.
The table runs to 10 grades. D is the last grade worth anything, at 2 points, and it starts at 40 to 44.99%.
There is no published percentage mapping. Ask the examination office before you write a figure on a form that carries a signature.
One document, and that is what this page tracks. When RU revises it, the numbers here follow, and until then the date at the top tells you how fresh the reading is.

By credit weighting. Quality points per course are grade point times credits, and the RU GPA is their sum over total credits attempted.
Not unless the university or receiving authority explicitly accepts it. Gradometer does not label a generic normalization as an official institutional formula. If your department publishes something different, that version governs your transcript.
