Calculate your cumulative CGPA on Air University's own 4-point scale, weighted by credit hours. Your entries stay in your browser.
Your CGPA is a credit-hour weighted average, not a simple average of your semester GPAs.
Each course contributes grade points × credit hours (its quality points) and your CGPA is
the total quality points divided by the total credit hours attempted.
This is why a 4-credit course moves your CGPA roughly four times as much as a 1-credit lab, and why averaging your semester GPAs directly gives the wrong answer whenever your credit load varies between semesters.
Air University applies relative grading for course assessment. Its regulations define GPA as earned grade points divided by total credit hours, and CGPA as total earned grade points across all semesters divided by total credit hours. Repeated courses are recorded on the transcript, but the highest grade among attempts is counted toward CGPA. Because the grading is relative, Gradometer does not invent percentage-to-letter bands.
