Kinnaird College for Women uses the credit-weighted method. Grade point times credits gives quality points per course; total quality points divided by total credits gives the GPA.
Kinnaird explicitly permits both absolute and relative marking and publishes a detailed 4-point table, including A+ 4.00, A 3.89 and A- 3.67. The exact grading mode and any relative/absolute distinction are shown in the Gradometer record.
Ask the Kinnaird College for Women examination office for an equivalence certificate. That document is what an employer or foreign registrar will accept, and a multiplier is not.
Use the regulation for your programme and cohort. A general Kinnaird College for Women page cannot capture every departmental exception. If your department publishes something different, that version governs your transcript.
