National Uo Modern Languages marks to a fixed table. A+ needs 90% and above, and that threshold does not move with the strength of your cohort. It dates from 1969 and is based in Islamabad.
The table runs to 9 grades. The floor of the scoring range is D at 1 point. Its band opens at 50 to 54.99%.
This percentage is derived, and derivation is not the same as policy. Multiplying CGPA by 25 (mathematical normalization; not an official conversion formula) rescales a 4-point figure. Treat the result as an estimate. No National Uo Modern Languages-issued conversion formula was found.
Not everything below is complete. Rules shift by programme and by cohort, so check the current regulation first. If the official document is in your hands, we would like a copy.
One caution before you file anything. A A+ on this scale is worth what the linked policy says it is worth, and faculties sometimes run local variations that never reach the central page.

NUML uses absolute grading with ranges that map to grade-point ranges for several grades. GPA and CGPA are credit-weighted. Transfer grades are shown on transcripts but are not used in final CGPA.

Take each grade point, multiply by that course's credits, add them up, divide by the credits you attempted. That weighting is why a heavy course pulls harder at National Uo Modern Languages than a light one.
NUMLโs 2023 amended examination rules use an absolute grading system, with A+ at 90% and A at 80%, followed by B+, B, C+, C, D+, D and F. The exact grading mode and any relative/absolute distinction are shown in the Gradometer record.
Ask the National Uo Modern Languages examination office for an equivalence certificate. That document is what an employer or foreign registrar will accept, and a multiplier is not.
Follow your own National Uo Modern Languages handbook. Faculties do vary, and the version applying to your intake is the one that counts. Check it against your own handbook before a deadline depends on the figure.
