Calculate your cumulative CGPA on National University of Technology's own 4-point scale, weighted by credit hours. Your entries stay in your browser.
Your CGPA is a credit-hour weighted average, not a simple average of your semester GPAs.
Each course contributes grade points × credit hours (its quality points) and your CGPA is
the total quality points divided by the total credit hours attempted.
This is why a 4-credit course moves your CGPA roughly four times as much as a 1-credit lab, and why averaging your semester GPAs directly gives the wrong answer whenever your credit load varies between semesters.
NUTECH uses A–F grading with D and above passing, and recommends relative grading for classes above 10 students and absolute grading below 10. SGPA/CGPA are weighted by course credits. NUTECH grades relatively using a distribution-gap method where a class has more than 10 students, and recommends absolute grading below that size. D and above is a pass.
