Calculate your cumulative CGPA on University of Central Punjab's own 4-point scale, weighted by credit hours. Your entries stay in your browser.
Your CGPA is a credit-hour weighted average, not a simple average of your semester GPAs.
Each course contributes grade points × credit hours (its quality points) and your CGPA is
the total quality points divided by the total credit hours attempted.
This is why a 4-credit course moves your CGPA roughly four times as much as a 1-credit lab, and why averaging your semester GPAs directly gives the wrong answer whenever your credit load varies between semesters.
UCP generally follows relative grading but publishes a 4-point numerical equivalence table. Grades I and W do not contribute to GPA/CGPA. Undergraduate continuation requires 2.00 CGPA; graduate continuation requires 2.50.
