The official grade-to-point mapping, how it is applied, and where it comes from.
UET Peshawar uses a 4.0 scale with A through F grade points and relative grading. Its rules describe normalizing marks between 50 and 100 into ten equal intervals for D through A and issuing F below the pass threshold. Academic progress rules include an SGPA warning threshold. The percentage-to-letter relationship is therefore not a simple fixed universal marks table.

The table above lists every tier UET Peshawar awards, with the grade point attached to each. If your department publishes something different, that version governs your transcript.
Ask the UET Peshawar examination office for an equivalence certificate. That document is what an employer or foreign registrar will accept, and a multiplier is not.
Multiply each course grade point by its credit hours, add the quality points, then divide by the credits attempted. UET Peshawar weights by credit, so a 4-credit course moves your GPA more than a 1-credit lab.
