Calculate your cumulative CGPA on University of Balochistan's own 4-point scale, weighted by credit hours. Your entries stay in your browser.
Your CGPA is a credit-hour weighted average, not a simple average of your semester GPAs.
Each course contributes grade points × credit hours (its quality points) and your CGPA is
the total quality points divided by the total credit hours attempted.
This is why a 4-credit course moves your CGPA roughly four times as much as a 1-credit lab, and why averaging your semester GPAs directly gives the wrong answer whenever your credit load varies between semesters.
University of Balochistan publishes a 4-point grading framework and states that GPA/CGPA use credit-weighted grade points. Its regulations contain both letter-grade ranges and detailed mark-to-point mappings; therefore a transcript with a numerical grade point should take precedence over a letter-only reconstruction.
