Calculate your cumulative CGPA on University of Engineering & Technology Mardan's own 4-point scale, weighted by credit hours. Your entries stay in your browser.
Your CGPA is a credit-hour weighted average, not a simple average of your semester GPAs.
Each course contributes grade points × credit hours (its quality points) and your CGPA is
the total quality points divided by the total credit hours attempted.
This is why a 4-credit course moves your CGPA roughly four times as much as a 1-credit lab, and why averaging your semester GPAs directly gives the wrong answer whenever your credit load varies between semesters.
UET Mardan normalizes marks against the highest mark in the class, then divides the normalized 50–100 range into ten intervals for D through A. Repeated-course grades are all reported but only the best grade is used in CGPA.
