The top grade at Uo Engineering and Technology Taxila is A, awarded at 90% and above. Grading here is absolute. It is published early and holds. Taxila, Punjab, 1975.
There are 10 grade tiers. The lowest grade that still earns points is D at 1 point, which you reach at 50 to 54%.
That percentage is the product of a formula, not of a regulation. The ร25 conversion (mathematical normalization; not an official conversion formula) maps 4.0 onto 100%, and it is only ever an approximation. No Uo Engineering and Technology Taxila-issued conversion formula was found.
Programme, degree level and cohort all change the rules. Before this counts for anything official, read the current rule. Borrowing a plausible number from a peer institution would be easy. We have not.
Read the table first, then let the registrar settle it. That sequence carries the most weight late in the degree.

UET Taxila publishes undergraduate semester rules covering grading, SGPA/CGPA, academic deficiencies and course improvement. This record uses the university-published 4.0 grading framework; programme-specific rules can override general provisions. UET Taxila publishes these percentage bands as a guideline for absolute grading and final-year project evaluation. Courses marked relatively do not follow them.

Multiply each course grade point by its credit hours, add the resulting quality points, and divide by the relevant total credit hours. Use the university-specific grade points rather than a generic scale.
Its undergraduate Rule Book contains dedicated sections for grading mechanism, SGPA/CGPA, academic deficiencies and repeating or improving courses. The exact grading mode and any relative/absolute distinction are shown in the Gradometer record.
Ask the Uo Engineering and Technology Taxila examination office for an equivalence certificate. That document is what an employer or foreign registrar will accept, and a multiplier is not.
Then that regulation wins. University-wide summaries are a starting point, and your Uo Engineering and Technology Taxila programme handbook is the authority. If your department publishes something different, that version governs your transcript. Keep in mind that regulations are revised between intakes, so a rule that applied to the cohort above you may not apply to yours. The version in force when you enrolled is normally the one that governs.
