The official grade-to-point mapping, how it is applied, and where it comes from.
UET Taxila publishes undergraduate semester rules covering grading, SGPA/CGPA, academic deficiencies and course improvement. This record uses the university-published 4.0 grading framework; programme-specific rules can override general provisions. UET Taxila publishes these percentage bands as a guideline for absolute grading and final-year project evaluation. Courses marked relatively do not follow them.

Multiply each course grade point by its credit hours, add the resulting quality points, and divide by the relevant total credit hours. Use the university-specific grade points rather than a generic scale.
Its undergraduate Rule Book contains dedicated sections for grading mechanism, SGPA/CGPA, academic deficiencies and repeating or improving courses. The exact grading mode and any relative/absolute distinction are shown in the Gradometer record.
Ask the Uo Engineering and Technology Taxila examination office for an equivalence certificate. That document is what an employer or foreign registrar will accept, and a multiplier is not.
Then that regulation wins. University-wide summaries are a starting point, and your Uo Engineering and Technology Taxila programme handbook is the authority. If your department publishes something different, that version governs your transcript. Keep in mind that regulations are revised between intakes, so a rule that applied to the cohort above you may not apply to yours. The version in force when you enrolled is normally the one that governs.
